Modeling and Simulation Varicom utilizes leading technologies for modeling and simulation,
computer-based training and incident management. Our modeling and
simulation capabilities combine 3-D animations, data-driven risk models,
and logistics which together serve as the backbone of our resource management
and training solutions.
Training - Our computer-based training solutioins utilize two distinct
platforms:
ST Tactical, a cost-effective web 2.0 e-learning and evaluation solution
that utiliizes 3-D animations and multi-media, and (2) RESPONDER STX, a
multi-user, interactive simulator for team-based activities like
incident response. Together these solutions provide platforms for high-quality
remote learning, in-classroom learning, and team exercises.
Incident Management - For live incident management we offer a
resource management program that helps incident commanders and others
keep track of their people in real time. And for keeping ahead of
hazards during an incident, the information in our hazards models is
accessed in real-time through a graphical interface
designed for use at forward positions.
